We never take for granted the beauty of our region, which we love dearly. Here, in the heart of the Creuse, we make our gin with passion and a deep respect for nature. But not everything is as perfect as it seems. Over the last few years, under the guidance of an exceptional ecologist, Gijs Clements, we've really learnt about the natural world around us - from the workings of the rivers to the subtle balance of the local wildlife, and much more besides.
It was on these rewarding nature walks that the idea for Spirit of the Creuse gin was born - a gin that captures the essence of our landscape and our commitment to its preservation.
